What is specialty of Pran Mudra in addition to savings?

Every family will have arguments and conflicts. If it doesn’t happen then it is not a family. All of us are wearing a mask and have come here. Some might have fought with their husbands to come to this class.

This Pran Mudra says, “Don’t enter into any argument”.  When the opposite person resist or gets angry with you, be in this Mudra. For one full day, be in that Mudra. Don’t react to that person’s provocation but just smile at him.

Automatically, the person will physically abandon himself because he doesn’t know how to react to your smiling face. Or he will reduce his anger.

This is the best way to handle the other man’s anger, because handling other man’s anger is always interesting to us.

This Pran Mudra contains both water and earth elements. Outside us – the Earth is made up off by forming particles. Earth materials help us construct a building.

Similarly, the earth element of Pran Mudra helps in building up our body, to build our body immunity, to increase weight, to increase the sperm count and to develop our motherly nature.

It also can help us in our earnings too….

This constant depression is taking a toll on me :(. So, when I get even a straw of positivity from you it makes me feel better.

No amount of telling my mind anything helps. It continues to feel sad about everything that is going wrong, in parallel.

No house, no promotion, no love. And finally all the hard work only gets bad feedback.

Behind sadness, there is expectation to be loved; behind this expectation, fear of rejection, fear of abandonment or fear of intimacy is there.

The fear and expectation or desiring operate in opposite directions, and produce the sadness feeling.

This fear denies everything you desire.

Chant this and write this:

  • “I release that part, which wants to be loved”
  • “I release that part, which activates fear of rejection”
  • “I align with that part, which gives love unconditionally.”
  • “I align with that part, which feels secured

Let us say you want to achieve harmony in your life.

The first step is to release all the hurdles that are inside you, which prevent s you from creating harmony.

Affirm the following statements as many times as possible, which helps you to remove disharmony from your life. Without removing it, you cannot create harmony in your relationships:

I release any memory that prevents my harmony

I release every thought that prevents my harmony

I release my memory of blaming that prevents my harmony

I release the memory, which prevents my getting of love and affection

I release the thought that I lack love and affection

I release my memories of reject and disapproval

I release all my desires for approval

I release my memory of my anger to be in a state of love

I release my thought of blaming to be in a state of love and peace

I release the memory that I am misunderstood

I release the thought that I am misunderstood

I release the memory of my being criticized

I release the thought that I am criticized

I release the memory of attracting unkind, unloving people

I release the thought I am with unloving people

I release the memory that keeps me (in) hostility

I release every memory that prevents my state of love

I release the thought that prevents my state of love
